Monocoque Production & Assembly
The monocoque of VIN ZHWEJ7ZD1LLA09403 is produced between July and September 2019. The chassis is framed and painted in the months that follow. After three days of line flow — during which all mechanical components are assembled — the car moves to the R&D workshop for installation of measurement sensors in late November, and is fully completed with all body panels by the second week of January 2020.

Durability Testing — 45,000 km
The most demanding chapter of the car's development life: a nine-month durability campaign in Germany from 8,000 to 45,000 km. Repeated standard road cycles on a proving ground under no-stress driving conditions, culminating in maximum speed verification. Every system on every production Sián owes its durability sign-off to the kilometres logged by this car.

Paint Protection Film — Bianco Monocerus Preserved
Upon arrival in Romania, the car receives a single treatment: a full application of Uranus Blue paint protection film. The original Bianco Monocerus factory development livery remains intact beneath it — untouched and unaltered exactly as it left Sant'Agata. The PPF protects; it does not replace. Remove it, and the car beneath is factory-original Bianco Monocerus.
